General Server Terms of Service
By joining and participating in this server, you agree to abide by the following rules:
1. No Advertising – Any form of advertising via direct messages or within the server will result in a permanent ban.
2. No Marketplace Activity – This server is not a marketplace. Do not offer to sell anything or ask others if they are selling something.
3. Respect Staff & Owners – Any form of disrespect towards Staff or Owners will result in a permanent ban.
4. No Timewasting – Opening support tickets and then failing to respond will lead to a permanent ban.
5. No False Accusations – Accusing us of being scammers will result in a permanent ban without refund or replacement.
6. Handling Issues Properly – If you experience issues with our products, open a support ticket first before leaving negative feedback or publicly complaining. Failing to do so will result in a permanent ban.
7. Terms Updates – We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically to avoid any issues.
Nitro Token Terms of Service
1. Limited Warranty – Nitro Tokens come with a 1-hour warranty. After this period, no refunds or replacements will be provided.
2. Support Process – If you encounter invalid or locked tokens, create a support ticket and wait for a response.
3. Fraud Prevention – We verify token status. If you attempt to falsely claim tokens were invalid upon delivery, you will be blacklisted and permanently banned.
4. Term Waves – In rare cases, term waves can occur. No replacements or refunds will be provided in these cases.
5. Proper Usage – Use high-quality tools and proxies when boosting. Using flagged or leaked tools that cause token locks is your responsibility, and no refund or replacement will be given.
6. No Manual Login – Logging into tokens manually can cause them to be locked or invalid. Do not do this.
7. Validity Period –
• 1-Month Nitro Tokens: Will have 25-28 days remaining after purchase.
• 3-Month Nitro Tokens: Will have 84-88 days remaining after purchase.
Server Boosts Terms of Service
1. Term Waves – In rare cases, term waves can occur. No replacements or refunds will be provided.
2. Anti-Raid Measures – Remove all anti-raid bots from your server before boosting.
3. No Kicking Boosters – Do not kick or ban the boosters.
4. Verification Settings – Disable phone verification as the minimum requirement for joining the server.
5. Failure to Follow These Rules – If you do not comply with the above conditions, no refunds or replacements will be provided.
Tools & Bots Terms of Service
1. Support for Paid Tools – If a tool stops working, gets leaked, or is patched, we will attempt to fix it or provide a new version. If that is not possible, we reserve the right not to refund or replace the tool.
2. Setup Assistance – We offer setup assistance only for paid tools. Free tools or bots do not come with support.
3. Reselling Restrictions – If you purchase a rebranded tool and sell it for a lower price than we do, your license will be revoked, and the tool will be deactivated.
4. Pricing & Discounts – Our tools are high quality and fairly priced. Do not request discounts unless an official discount is announced.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. Violation of any terms may result in a permanent ban, blacklisting, and loss of access to our services.
